BLACKEST TERRA is a character created wholly by the BLACKEST TERROR fanbase. She’s a gender-swapped incarnation of the ultraviolent champion of social justice previously seen in BLACKEST TERROR #1, THOR: UNKILLABLE THUNDER CHRIST #1, and the strip BLACKEST TERROR VS. CHICK-FIL-A.
