The thing about Marvel and DC is that they don’t care about you.
Neither company elected to buy a booth at Phoenix Comicon. Neither company is sending editors or talent scouts to help you break into the business.
Don’t give them free advertising by voting for one of THEIR characters to represent YOUR comic convention!
I’m proud to be a part of the Arizona comic book community. Together we can do anything. Let’s start with this:
Starting today (3/05/12), EVERYONE IN THE WORLD is invited to vote on this year’s badge art.
The process is simple:
1.) create an account (which takes literally 7 seconds if you’re on Facebook)
2.) click the “like” button under you favorite image
3.) Click the “vote” button on the left
4.) repeat the process EVERY DAY until voting is closed
